Creative and inspiring Freelance Hair and Makeup Artist, April Ramsey was born August 10, 1980. Before she found her passion working in the film industry, she explored the medical industry. In 2009, April worked to acquire her Cosmetology license and then joined the staff of Lauren’s Hair Salon before opening her own Salon. In 2014, April gained valuable experience working background on the set of the Hank Williams Sr. Biography feature film. She then refocused her growing passion to assist Directors and Producers, by helping them find the right look they envisioned for each scene. She proved herself as Lead Hair and Makeup Artist for “Teraton Perspectives LLC” in “The Pioneers”. Christan van Slyke is an award winning American Screenwriter from the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. She began filmmaking in 2008, in Seattle, joining the production crew of The Details, starring Tobey Maguire, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Linney and Ray Liotta, produced by LD Entertainment. She completed her Master Screenwriting Certification through Gotham School for Writers in 2010. She is currently the staff Screenwriter for six production companies and is an Official Screenplay Jury Member of the International Cinema Center as well. Some of her current projects include the upcoming inspirational drama Hindsight 20/20, the psychological thriller Crossfyre: Chronicles of Gabriel, the romantic comedy, Not in a Million Years, and fantasy, The Feeler. She is best known for writing the highly acclaimed dark comedy, Can't Drive a Stick. Her personal favorite genres include dark comedy, fantasy and character driven dramas, although she tries to remain versatile, exploring all genres when writing.
